DEAD: Elie Mathurin
Murder accused, Kurtly Cadette, 34, today (Monday) made an appearance at the First District court where he was remanded in custody for the death of Talvern, Babonneau resident Elie Mathurin.
On Wednesday, November 30, 2016 about 3:40 a.m. Mathurin succumbed to injuries sustained during an altercation with Cadette on Saturday, November 26, 2016 about 2:00 a.m. at Fond Assau, Babonneau.
The murder accused was on Friday, December 2, 2016 charged with causing death.
Cadette is expected to make another court appearance on January, 27, 2017.
